BRING BACK THAT LOVING FEELING

`Cause I think I lost it.

It is not the easiest thing, being obsessed, but it`s harder being without it.

Things I have learned with a brain unvoluntarily free from obsessions(in chronological order) :

1. It will always be painfully easy to not talk about what is really going on.

2. When the bell rings, you at some point have to open the door. It can be a good thing.

3. When going over the ocean to forget the cold fronts, remember to bring a warm jacket.

4. The flies prefer onions over tuna.

5. Both the great Non-believers and believers have studied the Bible.

6. Some of us have to work harder not to become Phil Spector*. It might be more important than I originally thought.

7. Hal Hartley messes with a bad mood.

8. The expression "Going Postal" started with a man shooting all his colleagues at the post-office at the end of the eighties. (A friend told me this a long time ago, but I didn`t remember until yesterday). America is a bad place to work, they tell me. And it`s spreading. I don`t like loud noise anyway.

9. I like a nice smell in a tall coat, but I also like cheese. Not a famous quote.

* Phil Spector, do the other jailbirds know your aching love song by heart? You say you don`t understand how people can find you so difficult when you always make sure that no one gets near you. That is a good point, said with clever sentences and glazed eyes trying to pop out. You are a pop genius, we should all thank you and maybe Elvis, yes, we get it. And why didn`t the blond lady splatter all over your bright jacket?

LETTER TO S.OMAR

Summer is So No time for sad letter. In a day or two my work has begun to make all this better. But it has never been harder to think. Yes, well of course it has, but there has always been a subjective order of every crisis as the biggest when it hits. No focus, no plan - the Post Plane Crash. It is easy to eat oranges instead of drinking gin, but it is not a life meant for all of us, I am sure of it. I am picturing you with a purple karaoke screen on your left and too bright of a sun light in your face. Last night I put a lot of "både her og der"-flower ointment in my wounded belly button. It looked too strange, maybe too ugly for a photo, but I was thinking of you. Love. With shadows in front and bright anyways,

AP., LILL
